1. To the best of our ability, Dunmore Resources and Recycling will notify the delivery time of the skip. The Customer should indicate the delivery location in advance. In lieu of notification, Dunmore Resources and Recycling will deposit the skip wherever the Company will deem the most suitable without any liability to The Customer or any third party.
2. The Customer is responsible for providing suitable access and suitable ground conditions at the delivery location. Skips are placed and removed on/off private property e.g. driveways entirely at the risk of the hirer. Dunmore Resources and Recycling will take no responsibility for any damage to any surface, walls or property caused by the company’s vehicles or equipment whilst on the hirer’s premises. The Customer will not be entitled to withhold payment by reason of any such damage.
3. Dunmore Resources and Recycling reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location where the site is deemed unsafe. The Customer must notify the driver of any hazards on the property. The Customer agrees that they are responsible for any Work Health Safety Laws relating to the delivery location.
4. Dunmore Resources and Recycling will provide the Customer a bin as per the quoted bin size but may at its discretion substitute another sized bin for The Customer to use. The Customer acknowledges that if the bin provided exceeds the bin size quoted, and The Customer fills it to beyond the quoted amount then The Customer may be charged for the extra waste placed in the bin.
5. The bin or bins will be used by The Customer for the purpose of depositing waste into and may not be used for any other purpose unless agreed to with Dunmore Resources and Recycling.
6. The Customer agrees not to:
   – Dispose of unaccepted material including hazardous, toxic or explosive substances, corrosive materials, liquids, solvents, medical waste, asbestos, paint tyres, gas bottles, fridges, TVs, fluorescent tubes, batteries, computer monitors, E-waste or white goods, food, animal waste, liquid concrete or contaminated soil.
   – Light fires in the skip
7. The Customer will not overload any such skip and Dunmore Resources and The Customer acknowledge that they will be responsible for any excess waste or spillage from the skip bin due to overloading. 
8. The Customer will be responsible for any Council permits and fees required for placing the skip bin in a Public place.
9. The Customer will not move any bin unless authorised in writing by Dunmore Resources and Recycling.
10. The Customer will be responsible to ensure the bin is clearly visible during hours of darkness and complies with any local regulations.
11. The Customer is responsible for the care of all skips and equipment. The Customer may be liable for any damages above reasonable wear and tear. (Determined by the discretion of Dunmore resources and recycling. 
12. The Customer agrees that upon the skip bin pickup, The Customer will have no claim to the waste from that time onwards.
13. If The Customer requires an extension of the hire period The Customer will be liable to pay any additional fees charged by Dunmore Resources and Recycling including any requirements for the extension of Council Permits.
14. Any penalties or fines incurred by Dunmore Resources and Recycling in relation to the bin hire due to omissions or negligence by The Customer will be "the Customers" responsibility and will be paid within seven days of the date of invoice from Dunmore Resources and Recycling.
15. The Customer will, unless otherwise agreed in writing, pay Dunmore Resources and Recycling the full amount of the hire fees on or before commencement of the hire period.
16. If agreed by Dunmore Resources and Recycling to pay the hire fees after the commencement of the Hire Period, The Customer will pay all monies owed within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
17.  If payment is not made within thirty days, Dunmore Resources and Recycling reserves the right to refuse to provide further services, regardless of whether further bookings for services have been made.
18. If The Customer defaults this agreement and these terms and conditions, Dunmore Resources and Recycling may collect its bin without prior notice to The Customer and deposit any waste in the bin on the delivery location. It will then be The Customer responsibility to have the waste removed and The Customer agree to their liability and will not hold Dunmore Resources and Recycling responsible. 
19. The Customer acknowledges. additional fees may be charged by Dunmore Resources and Recycling including but not limited to penalties associated with placing the skip bin on public land, waiting time charges, weekly bin hire from extensions of the hire period, reload fees for contaminated loads, return or collection charges, costs of repairing any damage caused to the skip bin subject to wear and tear, costs associated with the recovery of the skip bin which has been moved from the delivery location and interest on overdue accounts
20. The Customer will pay any additional charges on the quoted price, if the hire period is extended.
21. The Customer will pay any additional charges incurred for incorrect waste or excess weight
22. The Customer will be responsible for any fines or penalties incurred to R.T.A. should the bin be overloaded.
23. Force Majeure: Should Dunmore Resources and Recycling be delayed or prevented from performing any obligation under any agreement, including but not limited to tany act of God, war, strikes, labour disputes or due to any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the company, Dunmore Resources and Recycling will be at liberty to cancel or suspend the order without incurring any liability for any loss or damage arising thereof.
24. Dunmore Resources and Recycling will not be liable for any indirect damages, claims for reduction in the value of any asset, or any loss or injury suffered by The Customer or any other person. 
25. The Customer acknowledge that in the event The Customer are in default of any payment pursuant to this agreement to Dunmore Resources and Recycling that The Customer will be liable on a full indemnification basis for all costs including but not limited to legal costs that are incurred by Dunmore Resources and Recycling in obtaining payment.
26. Visa Card, MasterCard, Debit card are our accepted payment methods. The Customer unconditionally authorised Dunmore Resources and Recycling to charge The Customer credit card with any additional fees which may become payable with this agreement. 
27. If at any time Dunmore Resources and Recycling does not enforce any of these terms or grants The Customer for other indulgence, Dunmore Resources and Recycling will not be construed as having waived that term or its rights to later enforce that or any other term.
28. If any portion of these terms is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
29. Any document or notice which is required to be served or delivered by one party or another may be served or delivered by hand delivery, post and electronic transmission, to the last known contact details. All such notices will be considered to be duly given.
30. Reasonable care has been taken to ensure the website reflects accurate information. Dunmore Resources and Recycling, will not be liable for damages arising from the Customer use of this website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy statement and disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements.

Dunmore Resources and Recycling,, the company, our, we, ourselves refers to and means Dunmore Resources and Recycling Pty Ltd

The hirer and The Customer, refers to the person or persons or entity making the booking or arrangement with Dunmore Resources and Recycling Pty Ltd.

Services refers to skip bin delivery and collection.

Bins, skips, equipment, skip bins, refer to Waste containers supplied by Dunmore Resources and Recycling

Delivery Location means the address specified in the booking

Website means the website operated by Dunmore Resources and Recycling Pty Ltd.
